You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve the right to terminate your account or refuse service at any time without notice.
Product Descriptions and Pricing
We attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or pricing information is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship our products from the USA and offer shipping to customers within the United States. We process orders within 1-3 business days and shipping usually takes 4-7 business days. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 for all orders. We are not responsible for any delays caused by carriers or customs.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of products within 28 days of purchase. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. We will process refunds within 4-8 business days of receiving the returned product. Please see our Return and Refund Policies for more information.
Intellectual Property
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Naxipe, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website, except as follows:
(a) Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
(b) You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
(c) You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation.
If we provide desktop, mobile, or other applications for download, you may download a single copy to your computer or mobile device solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you agree to be bound by our end-user license agreement for such applications.

We make no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no warranty regarding the quality of any products, services, or information purchased or obtained through the Services or the accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any information obtained through the Services.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Naxipe, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Services or any products or services obtained through the Services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your access to and use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
